Description

These huge preserved nicoly trees were placed at Schiphol Airport, together with other smaller nicoly trees. The bigger trees went up to 700 centimeters in height and the smaller ones were around 250 to 300 centimeters in height.

Placing a living tree in a location like this would require a water installation, drainage and lots of maintenance. With a preserved tree the only maintenance that is needed is removing the dust.
